Moving into one of our units could not be easier as there are only two main documents involved.
This provides us with information about yourself, your contact details, your business, bank and references.
You can download a copy from here, complete, sign and return to us by post with your holding deposit that will secure the units(s) for you.
Upon receipt we will prepare a licence for your unit and check references.
This is the simple legal document that governs your occupation of the unit(s) stating very clearly the obligations of both parties towards each other. A sample form is available to download here but an original will be prepared for you to sign on handing over of the keys to the unit.
At the same time a standing order form will be completed and signed by you with the relevant dates/sums for the agreed monthly rental costs which we will forward to your Bank.
You will be provided with a copy of the documents you complete.
Both these forms are in plain English and easy to understand but if you have any questions please contact our Property Manager for clarification.
It’s that simple – 48 hours and you could be in your new premises!
